Department of Real Estate <br />State of California <br />714 "P" Street <br />Sacramento, CA 35314 <br />Gent Itmen: <br />February 1, IJ77 <br />Re: Mosher Manor SUUdIvislon <br />(S-73-6) <br />At tna request of Mr. Vincent Balal, Escrow Officer, First StocKton Title <br />Company, the following Information is forwarded regarding the public eater supply <br />and sewage disposal for Mosher Manor Subdivision, Stockton: <br />A. Domestic water supply to be furnished by s public domestic water <br />supply well located within the subdivision with annexation to <br />Wilkinson Manor County Maintenance District for an auxilliary <br />water supply. <br />B. Individual sewage disposal systems shall be installed on each <br />parcel under a Sanitation Permit and Inspection by the San Joaquin <br />Local Health District. An area of 12,000 square feet shall be <br />designated on each parcel for sewage disposal. The areas are to <br />be shown on the final parcel map and recorded on eacn deed as a <br />restriction on land use.
