You must pay for your <br />septic tank. Prior to commencing construction, you should contact the local health <br />department for specifications, requirements, and any local problems. <br />The Health Department advises as follows: <br />Individual sewage disposal systems shall be installed on each parcel under a <br />Sanitation Permit and inspection by the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />An area of 12,000 square feet shall be designated on each parcel for sewage <br />disposal.
