Dedication to result in a 30-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Alpine Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of Parcel 1. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860.4) <br /> 4 . The frontage improvements for Alpine Road across Parcel 1 shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of a 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road.
