Martin <br /> 16001 & 15809 N. Locust Tree Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.7) <br /> (9 Install an approved backflow prevention device on the discharge line between the <br /> irrigation well and the chemical feed unit; California Code of Regulation, Title 17, <br /> Section 7603. <br /> d. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion area). Show the mobile <br /> home septic system and the irrigation well site. <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems on parcels #1, #2, and #3 under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> f. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels #1, #2, and#3 under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development.
