COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-93-86 <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 , 364 .00 per single family dwelling unit in the Escalon area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 4 . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public <br /> roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc and the Collegeville Fire District <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> 6.
