Martin <br /> 2.425 W. Gaffery Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as determined <br /> by the percolation test, are required prior to Environmental Health Division approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> /c. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> f. Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required.
