COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-93-90 <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 ,442 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Ripon area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 5 . Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Carrolton Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 245-220-03 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 6.
