Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> I spoke to the manager who was aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br /> Per the manager rodent traps were placed in the back receiving area last night and 2 rodents were caught. <br /> I observed fresh rodent droppings on the shelf in aisle#1 where dry packaged pasta shells are displayed. <br /> Clean and sanitize all shelves and affected areas. <br /> I observed debris and accumulation under pallets that hold soda. Clean and sanitize area. <br /> Observed water accumulation in the floor of the back receiving area near the walk-in. Clean. <br /> Observed roll up door in the back receiving area.
