COMPLAINANT DID NOT SHARE THEIR FOOD WITH ANYONE. <br /> COMPLAINANT ALSO ATE PART OF THEIR KIDS CHEESEBURGER MEAL. FIVE PEOPLE IN THE PARTY AND <br /> COMPLAINANT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT GOT SICK.ABOUT 8:30PM ON 8/21/22 COMPLAINANT HAD MAJOR <br /> DIARRHEA, WAS NOT ABLE TO KEEP ANYTHING DOWN,AND WAS IN EXCRUCIATING STOMACH PAIN THAT <br /> CONTINUES TO COME AND GO.ALSO HAD A FEVER AND HEADACHE LAST NIGHT. COMPLAINANT CALLED <br /> DOCTOR AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. WENT TO KAISER MANTECA AND WAS TOLD <br /> THEY THINK IT IS FOOD POISONING-EITHER E-COLI OR SALMONELLA. GAVE ANTIBIOTICS IN CASE IT WAS <br /> BACTERIAL. COMPLAINANT HAS NOT CONTACTED THE RESTAURANT YET. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT IS THE <br /> ONLY FOOD THEY ATE ALL DAY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Informed the owner regarding the above complaint.
