COMPLAINANT <br /> DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per Manager, she is aware of the complaint. No complaints <br /> similar in nature have been received. Per Manager,there have been no ill employees. <br /> Per Manager, chicken for the chicken sandwiches is received frozen (not fresh). Facility no longer has raw chicken. Chicken <br /> is removed from the freezer and placed in the fryer oil to cook. Chicken is not thawed prior to frying. Chicken is fried in the <br /> fryer for a set amount of time(done when the timer goes off).
