COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED THERE IS A PLUMBING OR SEWAGE PROBLEM. " <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per GM,the odor began last week and the facility has a plumber <br /> working on it. <br /> At the time of the inspection, a sewage odor is sensed in the dining room.The kitchen has no odor and one of the restrooms <br /> (left)has a slight odor. <br /> At the time of the inspection all drains and floor sinks are clear and free flowing. Toilets are flushing properly. No surfacing <br /> sewage is observed this date. <br /> Take action to identify the source/cause of the odor and repair. Per GM, she will alert the RGM.
