Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class EI. <br /> 601 CCR 66262,34(d)Stared hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute 1 extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste container was found on-site with no accumulation stark date: <br /> -One cardboard box containing approximately 12 fuel filters. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: One cardboard box containing approximately 12 fuel filters was observed in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state,composition <br /> (contents),accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the container as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation,Class It. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended on <br /> February 28, 2022 and replaces the initial report.
