The missing manifests are: <br /> -007768872SKS, 11/30/2020 <br /> -007719527SKS, 10/08/2020 <br /> -007758590SKS, 10/08/2020 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> ----------------------------------------- <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. The following disposal record was missing: <br /> -2 gallons of pool chlorine waste was generated on 7/24/2021. Two 1 gallon containers were dumped on the side of <br /> the road. Containers were picked up by the fire department.Waste was picked up by City of Stockton on 7/26/2021 <br /> from the Waterloo Morada Fire Department. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the hazardous waste received on 7/26/2021. <br /> Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0003925 PR0513893 SCO01 04/06/2022 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 5 of 10 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
