Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
2. Percolation test conducted on February 15th, 2022 yielded a percolation rate of 9.7 and 9.0
minutes/inch on Parcels One and Two respectively. At this rate, an eight -foot soil separation shall be
required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater pursuant to San Joaquin County Onsite
Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL Study, groundwater on site is reported
between 115 and 145 feet below surface grade.
3. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in San
Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Michael Suszycki, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at msuszycki@sjgov.org or (209) 598-7001.
Steven Shih, REHS 511
Program Coordinator
c: Calvin Tate, 2932 Canal Dr., Stockton, CA. 95204
1868 E.
