THE SUBDIVIDER <br />SHOULD MAKE THEM AVAILABLE TO YOU. <br />USES AND ZONING: The land on the south of this tract is zoned for <br />Agricultural. The land on the west is zoned for a Church and <br />Commercial. The lands on the north and east are zoned for Single - <br />Family. <br />FIRE PROTECTION: The Mokelumne Rural County Fire Protection <br />District advises as follows: <br />"The above tract is located in our Fire District and it will be <br />protected by our Fire Department as well as our surrounding <br />Districts thru mutual aid. <br />We are located about four miles from this location, and our mutual <br />aid is also located about four miles from there. <br />We have four pieces of equipment, three pumpers and one tanker. <br />Also, we have a rescue truck.
