C. Full street improvements in compliance with <br />Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance <br />No. 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. <br />Dawson Road shall be fully improved on the <br />subdivided side in compliance with County <br />standards. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks <br />shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br />D. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay <br />users fees for the utility services from the <br />time the improvements are accepted by the <br />County to the end of the fiscal year, or up <br />to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. <br />2. Public sewer and water supply systems shall be pro- <br />vided throughout the subdivision. The Lockeford Community <br />Services District shall provide these services. <br />A. A temporary storm pond and drainage system <br />shall be provided to meet the requirements <br />of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br />fcr the improvements (development). The <br />acceptance or approval by the County of the <br />drainage system does not relieve the developer <br />(or his engineer) of the responsibility of <br />providing an adequate drainage system. The <br />subdivision shall connect to community <br />drainage when it becomes available. <br />B. A public water system shall be provided <br />conforming to the requirements of the Local <br />Health District and the Department of Public <br />Works. The system shall provide adequate <br />water supply and fire hydzants for fire <br />protection in conformance with Section 9-1831 <br />of Ordinance No. 2634 and the requirements <br />of the County Fire Warden and the Mokelumne Rural <br />Fire District. <br />- 2 - <br />
