S-79-7 OF A. P. <br />8BDALLAH (c/o DIABLO ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING), SOUTH OF <br />O <br />QiTQCKEFORD, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />% <br />W <br />= WHEREAS, on April 5, 1979, the Planning Commission of <br />the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC -79-99, did con- <br />ditionally approve Subdivision Map No- S-79-7 of A: P. <br />ABDALLAH (c/o Diablo Engineering & Surveying), for a 19 lot <br />residential subdivision, on the south side of Dawson Road <br />(Private), 181 west of Jack Tone, south of Lockeford, County <br />of San Joaquin, State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 17, 1979, this Board of Supervisors did <br />set the date of May 10, 1979, at the hour of 3:15 p.m. for a <br />public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date, this Board of Supervisors did <br />conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br />was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary <br />evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br />matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br />premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br />that Subdivision Map No. S-79-7 of A. P. ABDALLAH be, and it <br />hereby is, approved subject to the following: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph <br />Company, and all other public utilities. The provisions of <br />Section 9-1730 of Ordinance No. 2634 as amended, requiring <br />undergrounding of utilities, shall comply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San <br />Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br />of the Final Map. <br />4. Provision for storm water drainage shall be a community <br />drainage system and pond and shall comply with standards and <br />requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to con- <br />sideration of the Final Map.
