(A) The dissolution of the Woodbridge Protection Dis- <br /> trict No. 1. The boundaries of the District are <br /> described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> (B) The dissolution of the Woodbridge Protection Dis- <br /> trict No. 2. <br /> (C) TEe—recommendation of the San Joaquin County Board <br /> of Supervisors, as the governing body of the San <br /> Joaquin Flood Control and Water Conservation Dis- <br /> trict establish a flood control zone within that <br /> district; the boundaries of said flood control <br /> zone should be the same as the boundaries of Woodbridge <br /> Protection District No. 1 and Woodbridge Protection <br /> District No. 2. <br /> (D) It is desired that the proposed reorganization pro- <br /> vide for and be made subject to the following terms <br /> and conditions: <br /> (1) All liability for payment for all contracts <br /> and obligations of the Woodbridge Protection <br /> District No. shall be transferred to the <br /> said proposed zone of San Joaquin County Flood <br /> Control and Water Conservation District; and <br /> said proposed zone of the San Joaquin County <br /> Flood Control and S-later Conservation District <br /> shall assume all liability for payments of <br /> all contracts and obligations of the wood- <br /> bridge Protection District No. 1. <br /> (2) All real and personal property of the Wood- <br /> bridge Protection District No. 1 shall be <br /> transferred to said proposed zone of the <br /> San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District; and said proposed <br /> zone of the San Joaquin County Flood Control <br /> and Water Conservation District shall acquire <br /> 2 - <br /> • � .ter <br />
