If the pesticide label or regulation requires a larger buffer area, the larger buffer shall apply. There will be no waiver of the required 24 hour Notice of Intent. P General CONDITION - P - General In addition to all applicable laws, regulations, label restrictions and other more restrictive conditions of this permit, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT. 1. A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications of Zinc Phosphide bait.
