SURPLUS SALES TO FARM <br /> EQUIPMENT (TRACTOR STORAGE) , LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br /> VENTURA AVENUE, 221 FEET NORTH OF MAIN STREET. (DISTRICT 1) . <br /> APPLICANT: William Johnston APN: 145-040-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing <br /> San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may <br /> delineate additional flood risks . The official flood maps are available <br /> for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton.
