All utensils/trays are disposable. <br />A Virex 256 spray bottle is used to sanitize surfaces, it is 400 ppm quat. <br />Discussed report with Carrie Griffin. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
