Attached is my inspection report for the facility. As <br />discussed during the inspection and included in the cover letter, prior to recession of the WDRs the <br />residual sludge in the WWTF and the concrete basin must be removed and disposed of. Additionally, <br />the groundwater monitoring wells must be properly destroyed in accordance with San Joaquin County <br />Well standards. To expedite the process, you and your consultant can contact the county to obtain <br />the required well destruction permits.
