S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> 7-ELEVEN STORE#41216 770 W CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON June 01, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 209 CCR 2715(c)(3), 2715(c)(4) Failure to maintain a copy of the"Facility Employee Training Certificate"on-site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Facility Employee Training Certificate was not on site during the inspection.The training is <br /> being documented on a sheet titled "DO Training"and attached to the monthly DO reports but not documented on <br /> the Facility Employee Training Certificate. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if <br /> after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018. The Facility Employee Training <br /> Certificate shall contain accurate information for all employees trained. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Begin documenting training on the Facility Employee Training Certificate and submit a <br /> copy of the most recent training on the Facility Employee Training Certificate to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION:Water was found in the vent sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately a cup of liquid from the vent sump and <br /> returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor <br /> to address the water intrusion into the vent sump under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 7/1/22. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
