The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br />been addressed for FRIENDZ FOREVER LOGISTICS INC as of February 09, 2023. <br />Open violations from May 23, 2022 inspection <br />Violation #319 - Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing has not been conducted. Overfill testing was due on 10/13/2018 and <br />was conducted on 05/08/2019 (late), the next overfill testing was due on 10/2021 and testing has not been <br />conducted. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October <br />13, 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
