The Environmental Health and Safety U' <br /> Compliance Coordinator or his alternate will contact the appropriate emergency response n' <br /> personnel and will supply the following information in a clear manner: � ) <br /> Q Nature of the release or threatened release of a hazardous material/waste or oil <br /> 3 <br /> ® Name of the Company <br /> e Name of the Caller <br /> a <br /> ® Number of People in danger <br /> Exact location of the release/threatened release <br /> ® Directions to the facilityI <br /> I The notification to the agency, even if over the phone, should be recorded immediately.
