G�� <br /> �� otiti <br /> ollowinq 10n itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DINO MART as of April28 , 2022 . <br /> M � <br /> Er1J`� p1 ; Open violations from August 24, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #406 - Empty hazardous waste or material container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this <br /> section . <br /> OBSERVATION A 55 gallon red empty steel drum was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with holes in <br /> it, and not marked . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material , including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations ( CCR ) section 66261 . 7 . Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date . Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261 . 7 .
