Photos include: paper towels at the <br />kitchen hand sink, the wall behind the cooking equipment has been cleaned, the <br />wall behind the dish machine has been cleaned, and the kitchen floor has been <br />patched with a concrete type of material. E-mailed Noah regarding items that are <br />still pending correction: the dish machine's proper function, the material used to <br />patch the kitchen floor, has the floor under the cooking equipment been cleaned, <br />has the hood and filters been cleaned? <br />04/18/2022 Received an email from Noah (musashi3100@gmail.com) stating that the <br />dishmachine has been serviced and is now providing sanitizer at 50 ppm Cl (see <br />photo of invoice). Photo shows that the floor under the cooking equipment has <br />been cleaned.
