ANSUL SYSTEM DID NOT GO OFF. USED 2 DRY CAM EXTINGUISHERS <br />USED. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Per owner, oven fire was due to electrical in oven unit. <br />Fire occurred yesterday 3/3/2022 at 2pnn. <br />New oven is being ordered. <br />Provide so that equipment is NSF. <br />Cold drawers under flat top griddle is at 60F. Sliced cheese in this unit is at 58F. <br />Provide so that this unit is at 41F or lower so that food in this unit is 41F or lower.. <br />Do not serve food that is 50F and that is potentially hazardous. <br />Corrected, all food disposed of. <br />Provide at 41F or lower when storing potentially hazardous food in this unit. <br />All equipment has been cleaned and sanitized. <br />Ok to reopen. <br />(Operator plans to open 3/5/2022) <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
