COMPLAINANT ORDERED HABANERO <br />FLAVORED WINGS AND ALLEGES THAT A FEW HOURS LATER, THEY BEGAN VOMITING. COMPLAINANT <br />ALLEGES THAT BEFORE THEY RECEIVED THEIR WINGS, THEY WITNESSED A MEMBER OF THE KITCHEN STAFF <br />DROP UNCOOKED WINGS ON THE FLOOR. FLOOR WAS FILTHY WITH GARBAGE AND DIRTY WATER. <br />COMPLAINANT DID NOT KNOW IF THEY WERE SERVED THE WINGS THAT WERE DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility for the complaint investigation. <br />The manager was not aware of complaint prior to this investigation. <br />There has been no ill staff for the last 2 weeks <br />Habanero wings are prepared in this manner: <br />Sauce comes to the facility in a bag put in sauce dispenser. <br />Wings are deep fried and tossed in habanero sauce after prepared. <br />I observed the raw chicken walk-in (41F) <br />I observed raw chicken wings in deep fryer per manager wings are fried for 12-14 min or to temp. <br />Final temperature of wings 198F <br />The procedure if food is dropped on the floor, then food is disposed and not served to the Public. <br />I did not observe "FLOOR WAS FILTHY WITH GARBAGE AND DIRTY WATER.." at the time of this investigation. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
