They said that the food was greasy and that <br />they vomited and had stomach pain about 1 hour after eating. <br />Drove to facility but it was closed. Spoke with Juana Garcia and she said that the <br />facility will remain closed until they find someone new to operate the restaurant. <br />She said that the food items are cooked in the morning and that the beans and <br />rice as stored at the steam table and the shredded pork is placed in the 2 dr <br />reach-in w/prep top after cooling and is reheated to order. The guacamole is also <br />stored in the 2 dr reach-in. <br />Called complainant and let them know that the facility was closed today when I <br />tried to do the complaint inspection and will remain closed until they get a new <br />operator. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
