<br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the men's restroom hand sink was 97 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 100 F
<br />minimum. Corrected on site.
<br />The water at the women's restroom hand sink was 67 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 100 F minimum today.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed uncovered pizzas stored in walk-in, the uncovered pizzas were stored on shelves and on top
<br />of containers. Cover pizzas or store pizzas on a rack so that they are covered and protected from contamination. Correct
<br />immediately.
<br />Observed debris on soda machine ice chute. Clean today and maintain clean.

<br />The hot water handle for the back hand sink was in disrepair. Repair/replace handle within 5 days.
<br />The cold water at the left faucet of the 3 comp sink did not turn off fully. Repair within 1 week.
<br />Observed debris on exhaust hood. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean.
<br />Observed ice build up on top and shelf and debris on bottom of 1 dr Arctic Air freezer. Clean within 1 week.
