Parry of R&B Louise LLC, et al, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br />Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Summary of SWIS Site Investigation – Waste <br />Characterization / Disposal for the property located at 17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, <br />California (site). The site is currently an unirrigated open space with minor vegetation. <br /> <br />A location map of the site is presented in Figure 1; and a site plan depicting site features <br />is presented in Figure 2 and no structures are developed on the site and the solid-waste <br />and soil removal locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />In 1993, the facility was issued Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) number 39-CR- <br />0022 and assigned to the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) at the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). In 1986, the handling of glass waste in the <br />southern area of the site was terminated. Cover (native soil) was placed over the glass <br />management area and sloped for drainage. <br /> <br /> <br />PREVIOUS INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />Soil borings (AB8 – AB21 and AB26 – AB28) were advanced within an area of the <br />property where glass debris was formerly managed/stored and as well as in the <br />surrounding area, evaluating the potential impacts.
