SAN JOAQUIN <br />tiow, -1 ---COUNTY--- <br />Greatness grows here <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 9:30 am <br />Time Out: 10:12 am <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: WINCO FOODS #10 Date 04/07/2022 <br />Address: 5110 MONTAUBAN AVE, STOCKTON 95210 <br />Owner/Operator: WINCO FOODS LLC Telephone: (209) 954-1360 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054795 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />ON 4/4/2022, AROUND 10 AM, COMPLAINANT WAS AT THE FACILITY IN THE COOKIES AND CRACKERS AISLE AND <br />OBSERVED AN ADULT COCKROACH CRAWLING AROUND ON ONE OF THE SHELVES. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint Inspection. <br />Store manager was not aware of the complaint. <br />Facility is serviced monthly by Ecolab for pest control, last service was on 3/15/2022. <br />Store manager said that they will add this incident to their sighting log, which Ecolab will follow up on at the next service. <br />Inspected cookies/crackers and candy/chips shelves and surrounding areas in the store and the cookies/crackers storage <br />area in the warehouse. <br />No pests were observed during the inspection. <br />Maintain regular cleaning of store shelves. <br />Maintain pest control measures, increase as necessary. <br />Discussed report with Danielle Van Leeuwen, Store manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
