All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed the cap to the wastewater outlet is missing. Replace and maintain the cap on the outlet at all <br />times to avoid leakage. Correct within seven days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair. Any hose <br />used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose. (114171, <br />114189.1, 114190, 114193, 114193.1, 114199, 114201, 114269) <br /> #64 Lack of Proper Owner Identification <br />OBSERVATIONS: The mobile food facility currently lacks name of the owner, state, and zip code on each side. <br />Mobile food facilities are required to have the name if the business in three-inch font, and the name of owner, city, state, and <br />zip code in one-inch font. <br />Post this information on each side of the mobile food unit and send photos to cmuro@sjgov.org or text photos to <br />209-561-8923 today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code, and the name of the permittee if <br />different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility. [§114299(a)] 2. Business or <br />operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high. [§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br />vehicle exterior. [§114299(b)] 4.
