All twenty samples were <br />extracted and analyzed by EPA Method 1613 for tetra through octa chlorinated dibenzo dioxins <br />and furans. The Toxic Equivalency (TEQ) for your samples has been calculated using the 2005 <br />World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) toxic equivalency factors (TEFs).The total TEQ is <br />reported on the upper right hand corner of each sample data sheet. Brusca Associates requested a <br />turnaround time of ten business days for project 11423. <br /> <br />The following report consists of an Analytical Data section and a Sample Receipt section. <br />The Analytical Data section contains our sample tracking log and the analytical results. The <br />Sample Receipt section contains your chain of custody, our sample login form and a sample <br />photo. The attached results are specifically for the samples referenced in this report only. These <br />results meet all NELAC requirements and shall not be reproduced except in full. Frontier <br />Analytical Laboratory’s State of Oregon NELAP certificate number is 4041. Our State of <br />California ELAP certificate number is 2934. This report has been emailed to you as a portable <br />document format (PDF) file.
