Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: MOUNTAIN MIKE'S PIZZA, 1201 W MAIN ST, RIPON 95366 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device <br />OBSERVATIONS: 3 comp sink has loose faucet. Repair/ replace in 1 week. Repeated violation. <br />3 comp sink hot and cold water pressure is very weak. Provide adequate water pressure in 2 weeks. Repeated violation. <br />Pipes, draining the dish washer and the prep sink, are lacking air gap. Provide air gaps 1 inch minimum off the floor sinks in <br />1 week. Repeated violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair. Any hose <br />used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose. Repair the walls in the storage room in 1 week. <br />Repeated violation. <br />I observe two broken and one loose ceiling panels in the dry storage room. Replace broken panels and secure the loose <br />one in 2 weeks. Repeated violation. <br />I observe flour on the floor of the walk in cooler. Clean floor today and as needed. Repeated violation. <br />Floor, underneath the 4 D reach in cooler in the pizza prep line, behind the oven, at the dough mixer, underneath the 3comp <br />sink and underneath the walk in cooler storage shelves, has food debris and build up. Clean floor today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
