Therefore, each of these uses will be able to share <br /> the proposed parking spaces. Even if the sanctuary were fully occupied as well as <br /> 50% of the maximum occupancy of building 2, the maximum required number of <br /> parking stalls would be 329 spaces (274 + (0.50)(110) = 329). Please note that the <br /> preliminary site plan indicates 580 total parking spaces. This is intended to be the <br /> maximum theoretical amount of parking available on site. The final number of <br /> parking spaces may need to be reduced if the on site septic field and retention <br /> pond will need to increase in size. In no case will the number of final spaces be <br /> less than the minimum number of required parking spaces.
