At no time is it anticipated that the Youth Activity Center and the Sanctuary will be occupied to their maximum capacities at the same time. Therefore, each of these uses will be able to share the proposed parking spaces. Even if the sanctuary were fully occupied as well as 50% of the maximum occupancy of building 2, the maximum required number of parking stalls would be 329 spaces (274 + (0.50)(110) = 329). Please note that the preliminary site plan indicates 580 total parking spaces. This is intended to be the maximum theoretical amount of parking available on site. The final number of parking spaces may need to be reduced if the on site septic field and retention pond will need to increase in size. In no case will the number of final spaces be less than the minimum number of required parking spaces. This will be determined during the preparation of the final grading and drainage plans.
