Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />April 28,2022 <br />Facility Address: <br />404 W FREMONT ST, STOCKTON <br />Facility Name: <br />BANNER ISLAND BALLPARK <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />No reportable amount of hazardous materials belonging this business and no Hazardous Material Business Plan <br />violations were observed at the time of inspection. <br />This business is currently exempt from California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.95 reporting requirements. <br />According to the Director of Operations, the cylinders of carbon dioxide observed at the facility belong to the <br />PSC, operator of the concession stands. <br />Note, a business shall establish and implement a business plan for emergency response to a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material if the business handles a hazardous material or a mixture containing <br />a hazardous material that has a quantity at any one time during the reporting year that is equal to, or greater <br />than,55 gallons for materials that are liquids,500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign.Starting September 1,2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
