Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained and <br /> located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 308 CCR 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f) Failure of the leak detection equipment to have an audible and visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 208 sensor in UDC 11/12 failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure <br /> continuous monitoring of the tank system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. Corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 317 CCR 2636(f)(2) Failure of the line leak detector to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi and restrict or shut off flow. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 N VMI line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it passed.This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> All violations were corrected on site during the inspection.
