Full MSDS Scan Here: Terms and Conditions of Delivery • The Purchaser or Purchaser's Representative, by signing this ticket, or allowing discharge of concrete, acknowledges receipt of the referenced materials and agrees that they are satisfactory and acceptable. Further, the Purchaser or Purchaser's Representative understands and accepts all information contained on this ticket. • Concrete is a perishable commodity and becomes the property of the purchaser at the time of loading. Purchaser agrees transfer of title occurs at time of loading. Any changes or cancellation of original instructions must be telephoned to dispatch office before loading of materials starts. • DELIVERY CONDITIONS: Purchaser or Purchaser's Representative agrees to provide suitable ingress and egress to points of delivery when materials are to be delivered by trucks in places other than paved streets. In the event that the Purchaser orders delivery beyond a roadway, Purchaser agrees that 711 Materials will not be liable for damage to sidewalks, driveways, pipes, culverts, meters, overhead and underground utilities, site grading, or other property and personal injury. Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold 711 Materials harmless against all liability, loss, and expenses incurred as a result of such deliveries. • UNLOADING TIME: Standing time of 5 minutes per cubic yard will be allotted for unloading. Any time incurred beyond this allotment will be charged at the current rate. • PRODUCTS ADDED: Water and all other products added at the job site are added only at the direction and risk of the Purchaser or Purchaser's Representative • WASHOUT: Purchaser is responsible for providing a place on-site for 711 Materials trucks to wash out after delivery. 711 Materials, when equipped, will use onboard washout systems with an additional fee to be charged to the Purchaser. • CLAIMS AND/OR DISPUTES: Any claims by Purchaser, including shortages and property damages, will not be considered, or investigated unless the claim is made during the time the materials is delivered. • STRENGTH OF CONCRETE: 711 Materials furnishes concrete in accordance with ASTM C94. The concrete strength shown on this ticket represents the potential strength of the product and is guaranteed only when sampled and tested in accordance with ASTM specifications, before the addition of water to concrete. • DISCOLORATION STATEMENT: Since concrete color or sustainability is a function of weather, raw materials, sub -base conditions, additions of water and proper concrete curing and finishing, 711 Materials has no control over the placing, finishing, or curing of concrete and accepts NO LIABILITY FOR DISCOLORATION OR SUSTAINABILITY OF CONCRETE.
