Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA, 353 W LOUISE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br />3 D Randell reach in cooler -- at the pizza prep line -- 41.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Re inspection. <br />Prep table of the 3 D Randell reach in cooler is clean. <br />Back prep tables bottom shelves are clean. <br />The interior surface, the exterior surface of the exhaust hood as well as the filter plates, are clean. <br />Exterior and interior surfaces of the cold hold unit at prep line and on the bottom shelf are clean. <br />Right door of 3 D Randell reach in cooler/ under prep table at the pizza prep line, has a gasket in good repair. <br />3 D Randell reach in cooler/ under prep table at the pizza prep line, has an accurate thermometer. <br />Back door is kept closed during my inspection. <br />Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath the 3 D reach in cooler at the pizza prep line, under the oven and under the back <br />prep tables, are clean. <br />Walls, at the back of the house by the dough mixer, by the 3 comp sink, by the cooling unit at the pizza prep line, are clean. <br />NO MORE RE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
