All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The paper towel dispenser for the hand wash sink near the food prep sink is empty. Refill the dispenser <br />immediately. The middle chef drawer is 49 <br />F, the cake display ref is 49 F, the salad dressing is 48 F, and the sour cream is 45 F. Adjust the temperature for these <br />items to 41 F or lower today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: The lids for the storage containers are dirty. Clean these lids today. An opened bag of sugar is being <br />stored on the storage shelf. Empty the bag into the covered, clean storage container. Always use scoops with handles and <br />store the handles outside of the product. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. Towels are being used to absorb the excess leaking grease. <br />Repair the grease pans so they don't leak and remove the towels by two weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair.
