Cover food items immediately to <br /> protect from contamination. <br /> Observed 2 open bags of chana flour on floor in storage area. Store food items at least 6 in.above floor and in labeled <br /> containers once the bag has been opened. Correct today. <br /> Observed bowl used as scoop for chana flour. Provide scoop with handle to prevent contamination. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Store utensils in a proper location after use and <br /> clean regularly. Correct today. <br /> Per manager blankets are used to incubate the yogurt that they make on site.
