The facility has Three <br />Diesel Tanks( 10,000 gallons, 1,000 gallons, and 504 gallons) , and one 55 gallons Used Oil <br />drum.The facility is a farm and it is conditionally exempt from the requirement to prepare an SPCC <br />Plan under the APSA program. Per the owner, J.Paul Bourbeau, the facility conducts daily <br />inspections of their aboveground petroleum storage tanks. The facility did not submit the APSA or <br />the H M B P information in CE RS since 1!1312015. This was corrected onsite today. <br />OBSERVATIONSICOMMENTS: <br />In California, a farm is conditionally exempt from the requirement to prepare an SPCC Plan under <br />the APSA program provided that the owner or operator of the farm: <br />Has no single petroleum storage tank with a capacity larger than 24,000 gallons, Has an aggregate <br />petroleum storage capacity not exceeding 100,000 gallons, <br />Conducts daily inspections of their aboveground petroleum storage tanks,'* <br />Allows UPA inspectors to conduct periodic inspections, and Installs secondary containment if <br />requested to do so by the UPA.
