Brittany Lane, Acampo APN: 007-070-49 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) A copy of the final approval letter shall be sent to Public Services. <br />2) All costs <br />related to road signage changes shall be paid for by the applicant. <br />3) The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five (25) foot <br />wide right-of-way from the centerline of the private road across the parcels frontage along the <br />private road. (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing in addition to the <br />submittal of a copy of the subject property grant deed and a legal description of the parcel to be <br />offered for dedication.)
