m. The property shall annex to the Mokelumne Acres <br /> Maintenance District for the maintenance and operation of <br /> the water and storm drainage systems prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> n. Street lighting shall be provided for the development and <br /> on Chestnut Street . The property shall annex to the <br /> Woodbridge Lighting District prior to the approval of the <br /> Final Map. <br /> o. All utilities shall be underground . <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. A letter is required from the Woodbridge Sanitary District <br /> stating that they have the capacity to accept the sewage <br /> from this proposed development and that it will not <br /> violate existing waste discharge requirements of the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> b . A letter is required from the proposed water supplier <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development and that the system meets State standards . <br /> c . Any existing wells and septic systems are to be destroyed <br /> under permits and inspection of the Local Health District . <br /> 4 . Woodbridge Rural Fire Protection District : <br /> a. The required water supply for fire flow shall be 1500 <br /> gallons per minute for a duration of two hours minimum. <br /> Residual water pressure of 20 psi is required during flow. <br /> b. The minimum size of water mains shall be eight inches. <br /> The system shall be installed so that a single break in <br /> any feature of the supply works will not prevent delivery <br /> of maximum daily consumption plus standard fire flows. <br /> Sufficient valves shall be provided so that no single <br /> accident breakage or repair will necessitate shutting down <br /> a length of pipe greater than 800 feet . <br /> c . Fire hydrants installed shall conform to the Standard <br /> American Water Works Association. They shall have two <br /> 2-1/2 inch outlets, one 4-1/2 inch pumper outlet , and one <br /> six-inch street main connection properly valved. A gate <br /> valve shall be provided between hydrants and street mains . <br /> Hydrants shall be designed so that if the hydrant is bro- <br /> ken off , the hydrant will remain closed. <br /> d. An engineered plan showing mains, valves, and hydrants <br /> shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to <br /> installation of the system. <br /> e.
