The Planning Division has no objections to eliminating the
cul-de-sac (Vest Court) for the amended map.
2 . Condition of Approval No. 1 (e) should be changed to indicate
Lots 54 and 55 instead of Lots 59 and 60 .
3 . We note that the subdivision is proposed to be developed as
two units . Will this result in the filing of two final maps?
If so, a note should be added to the amended map.
4 . Specific comments and questions relative to the amended map
are as follows:
a. The original tentative map was a "vesting tentative map. "
Is this still to be the case?
b. The new tentative map should be titled "amended" map,
not "revised" map.
C. Wine Country Subdivision was originally assigned Tract
No. 2048 . Has this been changed?
d. The median planter for Carolina Street at Chestnut Street
has not been indicated. The purpose of this planter is
twofold: 1) To control traffic movements so that adequate
access to the subdivision is assured for emergency vehicles;
and 2) to upgrade the subdivision entrance as a tradeoff
for allowing a maximum density project.
