Verified all aboveground storage tanks have been removed. No aboveground storage tanks for Orchard Supply Hardware were observed on site. Aboveground storage tanks removal documents were submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health. The aboveground petroleum storage act(APSA) permit for Orchard Supply Hardware#1570 will be inactivated with San Joaquin County Environmental Health. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
