Per owner the slushy machine and nacho cheese dispenser will be removed from the facility and the ice <br /> machine is used to make ice cups for sale. Facility does not have a 3 comp sink for warewashing. Remove slushy machine <br /> and nacho cheese dispenser and discontinue selling ice from ice machine to consumers unless a 3 comp sink is provided <br /> for warewashing. Only disposable utensils can be used to make instant coffee from the hot water dispenser. Corrected on <br /> site, owner will remove slushy machine and nacho cheese dispenser and use only disposable utensils for hot water <br /> dispenser that is used for instant coffee. Owner said that they will stop selling ice to customers and ice machine will either <br /> remain for personal use only or be removed from the facility. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
