f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than 25 feet for two-way aisles and 16 feet for one- <br /> way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less <br /> than 20 feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br /> 2. Driveways between adjacent properties should be shared whenever possible. Additionally, <br /> driveways into parcels on opposite sides of the same street should be aligned. Locate driveways <br /> and signage to allow for individual identity of sites and buildings. (Air Metro Park Addendum, page <br /> 7-6) <br /> 3. All street frontage sites shall provide for a continuous 5-foot-wide sidewalk to be installed 7 feet <br /> from face-of-curb and adjacent to the streetfront planter strip. No trees shall be planted in the <br /> required sidewalk corridor. (Air Metro Park Addendum, page 5-2) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following; <br /> 1. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2. Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> 3. Streets shall be illuminated with maximum 30-foot-high fixtures of a consistent character and <br /> quality.Street light fixtures shall be placed near the street curb in order to provide pedestrians with <br /> a sense of security and comfort,as well as a physical barrier from cars. (Air Metro Park Addendum, <br /> page 5-2) <br /> 4. Parking lots shall be lighted with maximum 25-foot-high "Shoe box-type" light fixtures of a <br /> consistent character and quality. Parking lot light fixtures shall be of a high-quality design and meet <br /> at least minimum County illumination-level standards for parking areas. (Air Metro Park <br /> Addendum, page 5-3) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the Air Metro Park Addendum: <br /> 1. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> 2. Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall-be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> 3. A 27-foot minimum landscape setback shall be located along Longe Street. Within this setback <br /> shall be the following: <br /> A. A continuous 7-foot planting strip shall be provided along the face-of-curb. <br /> B. A continuous 5-foot-wide sidewalk to be installed 7 feet from face-of-curb and adjacent to the <br /> streetfront planter strip. No trees shall be planted in the required sidewalk corridor. A continuous 15-foot-wide planting area, beginning at a point 12-feet from face-of-curb and <br /> along the sidewalk, shall extend along the street frontage and adjacent to the sidewalk, <br /> excluding driveway areas. <br /> PA-2200076—Standards and Ordinance Requirements 2 <br />
